Return & Refund Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged Goods or any other issues
Upon receiving your order, we urge you to thoroughly examine the items. If you encounter any defects, damage, or discrepancies in your order, please notify us at once. This will allow us to swiftly assess the problem and take appropriate measures to resolve it.
For exchanges, the most efficient method is to first send back the item you currently possess. After we confirm the return, you can proceed to place a new order for the item you wish to receive.
Upon receipt and examination of your returned item, we will inform you about the approval status of your refund. If the refund is authorized, the amount will be credited back to your initial method of payment. Kindly note that there might be a delay before your bank or credit card issuer reflects the refunded amount in your account.
