Ingredients for Aloo Gobi Recipe:
| 500gm cauliflower, cut into florets |
| 2 potatoes, peeled and cubed |
| 1 onion, chopped |
| 1 tablespoon ginger paste |
| 1 tablespoon garlic paste |
| 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds |
| 1/2 teaspoon coriander seeds |
| 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder |
| 1/2 teaspoon garam masala |
| 1/2 teaspoon salt |
| 2 tablespoons oil |
| 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves |
Method of cooking for Aloo Gobi Recipe:
- In a Vardaan Stainless Steel Silicon Handle Saucepan, heat the oil and add the cumin and coriander seeds. Fry until fragrant.
- Add the onion, ginger paste, and garlic paste. Fry until the onion is soft and translucent.
- Add the cauliflower, potatoes, turmeric, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.
- Cover the pan with a lid and cook on low heat for 20-25 minutes, until the vegetables are cooked through.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot with rice or bread.
