Ingredients for Vegetable Pulao Recipe:
| 1 cup basmati rice |
| 2 cups mixed vegetables (such as carrots, peas, and green beans), chopped |
| 1 onion, sliced |
| 1 tablespoon ginger paste |
| 1 tablespoon garlic paste |
| 1 teaspoon cumin seeds |
| 1 teaspoon coriander seeds |
| 1/2 teaspoon garam masala |
| 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder |
| 1/2 teaspoon salt |
| 2 tablespoons oil |
| 2 cups water |
| 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves |
Method for Vegetable Pulao Recipe:
- Wash the basmati rice and soak it in water for 30 minutes. Drain and rinse.
- In a Vardaan Encapsulated Stainless Steel Frying Pan, heat the oil and add the cumin and coriander seeds. Fry until fragrant.
- Add the onion, ginger paste, and garlic paste. Fry until the onion is soft and translucent.
- Add the mixed vegetables, garam masala, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Add the rice and water to the pot. Mix well.
- Cover the pot with a lid and cook on low heat for 20-25 minutes, until the rice is fully cooked and the water has been absorbed. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot.
